Physical & Health Education
" Energy and Persistence conquer all things" - Physical Health and fitness are required for
mental, emotional and intellectual growth of students. They are more alert, more balanced,
more creative and more roductive.
Yoga is given prime importance in the school.
Co - Curricular Activities
The following activities function to promote and satisfy the different aptitudes of the students. Every Friday, from 1.45 pm to 2.55pm is reserved for various Co-curricular activities for classes from Class I to IX.
