STACG Hi-Tech School was established on 29th May 2017 under the visionary leadership of Dr. Rtn. C. Murugan, the Managing Trustee of the Sree Chockalingam Gnanapoo Foundation Trust. Inspired by a mission to provide top-tier digital education in rural South Tamil Nadu, the school began as a dream to bridge the educational gap between urban and rural communities.
Dr. C. Murugan, Chairman, and Mrs. M. Punitha Selvi, Correspondent, have been pioneers in introducing smart classroom and digital learning technologies to underserved regions. Their commitment laid the foundation for a modern educational institution that combines tradition with innovation.
The name STACG carries the legacy of the respected Alangulam Sokkalingam Nadar and Thavasi Nadar family, and is a tribute to Thiru Aanimuthu Nadar, Thiru Chockalingam Nadar, and Thirumathi Gnanapoo, whose blessings and values continue to inspire the institution.
Today, the school proudly serves 385 enthusiastic students guided by 35 dedicated educators, all working together to create a positive and enriching educational experience that changes lives.
