STACG Hi-Tech School welcomes students from diverse backgrounds who are eager to grow academically and personally in a nurturing environment. Admissions are open for all grades based on seat availability and entrance interaction.


๐Ÿ”น Step-by-Step Process:

Enquiry & Campus Visit

Parents/Guardians can visit the school or contact the office to understand programs and infrastructure.

Application Form

Admission forms can be collected from the school office or downloaded from the official website.

Interaction/Entrance Test

An age-appropriate assessment or interaction session will be scheduled to evaluate the studentโ€™s academic readiness and learning style.

Submission of Documents

Parents must submit all required documents along with the completed application form.

Confirmation of Admission

Once selected, parents will be notified and required to complete the fee payment within the specified time to secure the seat.

๐Ÿ“‘ Documents Required

To complete the admission process, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Filled-in Admission Application Form
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs (4 copies)
  • Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Aadhar Card of Student & Parents (Photocopy)
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate (for Grade II and above)
  • Report Card of Previous School (if applicable)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Proof of Address (Electricity Bill / Ration Card / Rental Agreement)

Note: All documents must be submitted in original and photocopy format for verification. Originals will be returned after verification.

๐Ÿ” Withdrawal Policy

We understand that sometimes families may need to withdraw their child due to relocation or personal reasons. Our withdrawal policy ensures transparency and fairness for all.

๐Ÿ”น Guidelines:

  • A written request for withdrawal must be submitted to the Principal at least 30 days in advance.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearance of all dues including tuition fees, transport charges, and any outstanding payments.
  • If a student withdraws in the middle of the academic year, the fee paid will not be refunded.
  • For withdrawals after the final exam but before the start of the next academic year, parents must apply for TC before 31st March to avoid charges for the next term.
  • School property such as library books, ID cards, or any other materials must be returned before withdrawal.

Note: No telephonic or email requests for withdrawal will be accepted. Only a signed written application from parents will be considered valid.
