At STACG Hi-Tech School, discipline, punctuality, and mutual respect are core values that govern school life. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of the school for all stakeholders.

  • Students are expected to maintain high standards of discipline, behavior, and respect at all timesโ€”on campus, during online classes, and on school transport.
  • Politeness and courteous speech are to be practiced with staff, peers, and visitors.
  • Damage to school property will be treated seriously, and the cost of repairs will be recovered from the student/parent.
  • A minimum of 90% attendance is compulsory for promotion to the next grade.
  • Students must arrive on time and attend the morning assembly without fail.
  • Leave requests must be submitted in writing to the Class Teacher or School Office. For long absences (more than 3 days), prior permission from the Principal is required.
  • Students must wear prescribed school uniforms neatly and smartly on all working days and school events.
  • Identity cards must be worn daily.
  • Hair must be neatly groomed; long hair must be tied (girls) or trimmed regularly (boys). No fancy hairstyles, accessories, or cosmetics are permitted.
  • Mobile phones, cameras, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited on campus.
  • Unauthorized use may lead to confiscation and disciplinary action.
  • Students must complete all assignments, homework, and projects on time.
  • Malpractice in exams will result in disqualification and disciplinary action.
  • Report cards must be signed by parents and returned promptly to the class teacher.
  • Students using school transport must follow the code of conduct in buses.
  • Misbehavior on the bus will result in suspension from transport service.
  • Parents must attend PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) regularly to stay informed about their child's progress.
  • Changes in address or phone number must be promptly updated in the school office.
  • No parent is allowed to meet teachers during class hours without prior appointment.
  • Bullying, harassment, physical fights, or the use of abusive language are considered serious offences.
  • Any form of discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or disability is unacceptable.

Note: The school reserves the right to amend or revise the rules at any time. All parents and students are expected to abide by the guidelines to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
